Many websites lure you in with a great price but when you add in shipping charges, there are no savings. 

Most websites selling cages make it very clear that it is the Customer’s responsibility to report damage directly to the freight company.  While they may help you file a claim, you are still responsible for collecting from the freight company for any damages.  GOOD LUCK!

It has been our experience that cages often sustain freight damage in shipping particularly when going directly to the customer.

Many websites also mention that it may take 2 to 4 weeks to get your cage.  FeatherHeads maintains an inventory of some of the most popular cage sizes.  We cannot possibly stock all sizes in all colors.  Rents are too prohibitive in the DC area.  However, in most cases if Avian Adventures has the cage in stock, we can have it here in less than a week.

FeatherHeads also offers other services.  Cages can be assembled for a nominal cost.  Delivery is available.
