Returns are handled on an
individual basis. No returned items will be
accepted without prior authorization. No
refunds will be processed for unauthorized returns.
Opened food is not returnable.
Please contact FeatherHeads if there is a problem
with any food items. Due to disease concerns,
toys are not returnable.
Warranty claims are subject to
each manufacturer's rules and regulations.
Failure to follow claim procedures may result in the denial of any
refund to the customer.
All returns which are authorized
are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. The
customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with a
return. No returned items will be accepted
unless the shipping is prepaid by the customer.
Shipping costs for delivery to the customer are non-refundable.
